Welcome to Notarion, a professional online platform for notarial services. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and related offerings. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Notarion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the platform.

3. Services

Notarion offers remote and in-person certification, witnessing, and authentication of documents. Scheduling, preparation, and delivery of certified documents are included in our service offerings.

4. Digital Products

We provide downloadable guides, templates, and instructional materials related to notarial procedures. Upon purchase, these items are delivered immediately via electronic access.

5. Physical Goods

Physical goods, such as printed certificates or embossed seals, are shipped from our facility at Bahnhofstrasse 1, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. Delivery times vary by destination.

6. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Services

If you submit a cancellation request at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, we will issue a full reimbursement to your original payment channel within 14 days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable due to the preparation required by certified officials. In case Notarion must cancel, you will receive a full reimbursement.

6.2 Digital Products

Requests for a refund of digital products must be made within 14 days of purchase. If you have not accessed or downloaded the content, a full refund will be processed. Once the digital item has been accessed, no refund is available because delivery is immediate and irreversible.

6.3 Physical Goods

Unused items in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping those items back to Notarion. Once received and inspected, we will process either a store credit or a refund to your original payment channel within 7 days.

7. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a notarial appointment at least 24 hours before the original time at no additional fee. Subsequent changes may incur a handling charge to cover the cost of coordination with certified professionals.

9. Governing Law
